师范类汉语言专业，中共党员以及有中小学语文教学经历的优先考虑，年龄要求50岁以下。1.工资待遇：小学教师年薪5-9万，初中教师年薪6-12万，高中教师年薪10-20万，高中骨干教师25万以上；
