职位描述

负责半成品、成品的检验、查验工作，并做好数据记录及汇总分析；

Responsible for the inspection and inspection of semi-finished products and finished products, and do a good job in data recording and summary analysis;

做好物料及产品的检验标识，不合格品的隔离及调查处理工作；

Carry out inspection marking of materials and products, isolate and investigate and deal with unqualified products;

负责参与月度物料及产品的盘存工作；

Responsible for participating in monthly inventory of materials and products;

负责现场取样、制样、送检和化验分析工作，认真做好化验分析原始记录，正确处理和整理

Responsible for on-site sampling, sample preparation, inspection and laboratory analysis, carefully prepare the original records of laboratory analysis, and correctly process and organize laboratory data;

必须对自己所分析样品的数据负责，正确填写化验报告单，做到项目填写清楚、齐全、无误；

You must be responsible for the data of the samples you analyze, fill in the laboratory report form correctly, and ensure that the items are filled in clearly, completely, and correctly;

按照相关规定领取化学药品，并填好领用登记，熟悉化学药品性质，严格按安全操作规程操作使用；

Receive chemicals in accordance with relevant regulations, fill out the receipt registration, be familiar with the properties of chemicals, and operate and use them in strict accordance with safe operating procedures;

完成领导交办的其他工作事项。

任职要求：

大专及以上学历，化学化工、应用化学等相关专业；

College degree or above, majoring in chemistry, chemical engineering, applied chemistry and other related majors;

一年以上大中型制造企业的化验室分析工作经验。

More than one year of laboratory analysis work experience in large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises;

掌握常规检验方法及ICP、原子吸收、分光光度计等常用仪器设备的操作和维护；

Master the routine inspection methods and the operation and maintenance of common instruments and equipment such as ICP, atomic absorption, spectrophotometer;

熟练使用MS office办公软件（Office、Excel、PPT等）；

Proficient in using MS office software (Office, Excel, PPT, etc.);

可以接受倒班工作；

Ability to work shift shifts;
