职位描述

全日制本科及以上学历，金融、经济、管理类相关专业知识背景， 211、985等重点大学毕业优先考虑；
负责场外市场业务的承揽、尽职调查、立项申请、在会审核及反馈意见回复、挂牌企业的持续督导与维护工作；
负责非上市改制公司业务、区域股权交易市场业务、券商柜台交易市场业务等其他场外市场业务、综合经营业务；
熟悉证券公司的规章制度和业务流程，具有较强的责任心和进取意识，具有良好的组织协调能力、团队合作能力；
具备证券从业资格，有一定的资源者优先。
