职位描述

岗位职责：

1.负责1.5-6岁幼儿英文启蒙课程教学工作,全英文授课，与家长、学员互动。

2.参与教学部门会议及教学教研活动，不断提高教学能力。

3.及时向家长反馈学员学情状况，维护家长关系。

4.积极配合日常的教研、市场、咨询等其他工作。

任职要求：

1、有1.5-6岁孩子的幼儿园英语教学实践经验；

2、英语专业，擅长口语，口齿伶俐活泼，能充分调动孩子的积极性。

3、热爱教育事业，做事认真，有责任心、工作积极主动、耐心爱孩子。

4、喜欢分享，愿意帮助到孩子。

5、知识面较广，留学背景者优先考虑。
